Kevin Senn, Chief Executive Officer and Founder Mr. Senn's duties include strategic planning, product development, and client relations. Mr. Senn co-founded the law firm of Senn Meulemans, LLP in 1993. Mr. Senn has handled hundreds of construction defect cases, achieving favorable outcomes for a wide array of clients, including residential and commercial property owners, developers, insurers, and Fortune 500 companies. His vast knowledge and expertise in real estate and construction litigation, indoor and outdoor environmental claims, and class-action defense provides a significant part of the core knowledge used to design and implement the StructuredRisk™ protocols. |

Nathan Scheg, Chief Operating Officer Mr. Scheg is a founding member of StructuredRisk™. Before coming to StructuredRisk™, Mr. Scheg specialized in complex construction and real estate matters. He has represented some of California's largest lenders and developers, as well as general contractors and component manufacturers in all facets of construction litigation, including claims of defective construction, mechanic's liens and contract disputes from project initiation and preparation of contract documents through dispute resolution by negotiation, mediation, arbitration and trial. |

Michael Allio, President Mr. Allio is responsible for driving the company's sales force in North America. Mike brings 10 years of experience in the software and document management industry that includes driving sales and revenues for industry leaders such as Xerox Corporation and American Express. Prior to joining StructuredRisk™, Mike was responsible for managing strategic global accounts at American Express. Mike has extensive knowledge and skill set in the areas of web repository, image capture, and enterprise content management. |
